Trade Manage Capital, Inc.  GOES LIVE ON "STN", SUNGARD'S BUY-SIDE NETWORK

June 4 th , 2003 Saddle Brook, NJ - Trade Manage Capital, Inc.  ("Trade Manage") today announced that the firm is now live on the SunGard Transaction Network ("STN"), a component of SunGard (NYSE: SDS). STN is a well-established network of buy-side and sell-side institutions utilizing various messaging protocols including the latest in FIX message formatting. Most notably, the STN network is the backbone network for the Advent Moxy buy-side order management and routing system. As such, users of the Advent order management system will now be able to route directly and seamlessly to Trade Manage through this integrated network.

 Trade Manage has been utilizing SunGard's high capacity FIX engine for client connectivity for more than six months. Last week additional press was released by SunGard commenting on Trade Manage's use of this high capacity engine. This strengthened relationship with SunGard gives clients and prospects of Trade Manage increased avenues to send electronic order flow to the firm's trading desk. In addition to SunGard, Trade Manage Capital, Inc.  maintains connectivity to its clients through several broker-dealer networks including S1/Davidge and Transaction Network Services as well as through dedicated point-to-point connections. Additionally, these networks provide Trade Manage with primary and redundant connectivity to over one hundred liquidity sources for outbound order routing and execution.
