September 24th, 2003, Saddle Brook, New Jersey - Trade Manage Capital, Inc. today announced it has appointed Johnny Chan to the position of Senior Vice President of Product Development. Johnny's primary responsibilities include the design, development and implementation of the Firm's proprietary ESharx Order Management System as well as other order routing, connectivity and execution technologies. Coupled with a long-term employment agreement, Trade Manage Capital further welcomes Johnny as an equity partner at the near-thirty year-old, privately held, agency-trading firm.
Steve Goldman, Trade Manage Capital, Inc. 's Chief Executive Officer and Senior Director commented, "Johnny joined Yamner in 2002 and, along with the other members of our technology and development team, has been a major reason for the incredible technological advances we have realized in that period. Johnny is able to deliver effective products, add-on modules and other functionality in a highly cost-effective and efficient manner. "
Chan commented, "Few industries demand the performance and stability standards required by Wall Street trading technologies. Nothing could be more exciting than to work hard on a product, seeing it realize tangible benefits for our clients' trading, while further allowing the Firm to be more efficient and ultimately achieving greater profitability. I love technology and thus feel very luck to have found a home that shares a similar passion."
Goldman continued, "Technology is the absolute enabler at Yamner. Granted, trader talent and integrity must similarly exist, but without leading tools, all else simply falls short. The Firm has always provided a strong equity incentive plan for our employees. The Firm's Option and Stock Purchase Plan was implemented in mid-2000 and for some, it has been a tremendous incentive, providing a mutually opportunistic relationship. Over time we expect to see more highly capable persons be offered the opportunity of our Stock Purchase program. Such a plan strongly aligns the best interests of the Firm with that of its employees and our clients. Today, we welcome Johnny even further into the Firm."
